General Information

Types of membership

Membership in the Association is either Ordinary or Supporting. Admission of Members is decided by the Management Board by way of a resolution.

Ordinary Members

Ordinary Members of the Association may be natural persons, legal entities, and organizational units without legal personality, acting as employers, who conduct business activity in the territory of the Republic of Poland in areas related to the data center industry.

Ordinary Members of the Association have the right to:

participate and vote during General Assemblies, actively and passively participate in elections to the bodies of the Association, take part in the work of the Association and submit motions and opinions regarding the functioning of the Association to its statutory bodies, benefit from the support of the Association in matters covered by the Statute, receive information on the overall statutory activity of the Association.

Supporting Members

Supporting Members of the Association may be natural persons, legal entities, and organizational units without legal personality, acting as employers, who conduct business activity in the territory of the Republic of Poland in areas related to the data center industry, who have declared their participation in the association as a Supporting Member rather than an Ordinary Member, under the rules defined in the Statute.

Supporting Members of the Association do not have active or passive voting rights; however, they may participate in an advisory capacity in the statutory bodies of the Association.

Fees

Membership fee

The annual membership fee in 2026 for ordinary and supporting members is PLN 20,000.*

* 25% of the annual fee per quarter if the application is submitted in April or later.

How to become a PLDCA member?

To join the Polish Data Center Association, an application procedure must be completed. Below are the successive steps to initiate the process of joining our members.

Step 1

Filling out the application form

To begin the procedure, please complete the appropriate application form dedicated to the selected membership category.

carefully complete all required fields, sign the form (by hand or with an electronic signature).

Step 2

Submitting the form

To submit your application, please send the completed and signed form to info@pldca.pl in one of the following formats:

as a scanned document with a handwritten signature, as a document bearing a qualified electronic signature

Decision of the PLDCA Management Board

Upon receipt of the form, the PLDCA Management Board will review the application. In the case of a positive decision, a resolution will be passed to admit you as a member of PLDCA, and you will be informed of the outcome of the application procedure via email.
