Manager with over twenty years of experience gained in the data center and telecommunications markets. From 2017 to 2019, he served for the first time as the President of the Management Board of Atman sp. z o.o. (previously known as ATM S.A.). In the past, he worked at GTS Poland as the Director of Strategy and Marketing, and at T-Mobile Polska, where he initially was the Director of the Department responsible for B2B marketing, and later for corporate strategy.

Previously, he led the sales of services at Exatel for five years. His professional background also includes work for other telecom companies: eTela, Telefonia Dialog, and the Independent Interzone Operator. He began his professional career as a consultant at PTK Centertel.

As the Managing Director of Equinix in Poland, Sylwia continues to expand the business in a market that has become the third fastest-growing economy in the European Union, doubling its size over the last 15 years. In addition to directing the core business in Poland, Sylwia oversees and develops the Equinix Internet Exchange in Warsaw (formerly PLIX), widely considered the largest commercial internet exchange in Poland in terms of internet traffic volume.

Sylwia joined Equinix from Iron Mountain, where she managed a group of countries in Central and Eastern Europe, encompassing 12 nations and 3,000 clients from various market sectors, offering them business solutions related to artificial intelligence, process management systems, and the digitization of paper documents. Sylwia brings to this role over 20 years of experience in a global managerial career, during which she has led diverse sectors. She initially worked in Europe for two of the largest retailers: B&Q and Tesco, and then for international healthcare companies such as Pelion and Medicover.

She is recognized as an outstanding leader in business transformation in Poland, being the founder of the Payback loyalty program, one of the largest loyalty programs in Europe, which acquired 7 million Polish consumers and exceptional partners—the largest sellers in the market—before it was acquired by American Express in a multi-million deal in 2011.
